This is an unforgettable experience to give you a taste of the world of truffle hunting with expert local guides, exquisite cuisine by Chef Erick Caballero, and of course Dundee Hills wines (poured by the winemakers).
On Saturday, March 9th, the first annual Taste of Truffle event will be held just 2 miles from Dundee at the Chehalem Cultural Center. This one day event will highlight makers, artisans, and adventures dedicated to the Oregon Truffle. Entrance is free, wineries will be offering tastings (pay $25 for tasting from 12+ wineries and a commemorative glass), and local chefs will provide demonstrations. Truffle dogs will visit and show off their skills! There will be food vendors as well as makers of all types.

For February and March, Chef Ryan Clark is serving up two truffle-infused dishes. Dive into their Oregon Truffle Pizza with olive oil, mozzarella, celery root, crispy cauliflower, camembert cheese, chives, and the pièce de résistance - shaved Oregon truffles! Save room for dessert and savor their truffle ice cream sandwich, featuring a wildflower honey sugar cookie, house-made truffle ice cream, and Baird. Available for a limited time only!
