Choose how you'll discover Dundee this season!
Here are some of our favorite activities this season:
Spend a Weekend Away
Spring is a great time to visit Dundee and spend the night in Dundee. You can stay in one of Dundee’s many vacation rentals placed throughout the area. We have vacation rentals above some of our favorite establishments and we also have rentals next door to vineyards and on beautiful running routes.
Looking for a spacious suite or bunk room and all the amenities? Then The Dundee Hotel is the place for you.
Take a ride or a run through the hills
Head on over to Run Oregon’s blog to check out how to discover Dundee from the running paths. Spring is a fun time to ride through the hills. “The Dundee Hills offer an incredible car free gravel riding experience. It’s challenging (they are called the 𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘭𝘴), but the only thing overwhelming is the scenery. There is a rhythm to nature and the vineyards that you get to experience that’s like no other place, you ride through the terroir.” - @philip_higgins
Refresh with a Hike
You can hike in the vineyard at Knudsen Vineyards during one of their tasting experiences. Or strike out on your own and hike Harvey Creek Trail and you can even extend your trip down Viewmont Trail to Four Graces Winery or walk back to a vacation rental in the heart of Dundee.
You can also experience Dundee by foot on the Dundee Hills Wine Hike with Worden Hill Farms. Venture off the beaten path for a 4.5 hike down charming country lanes, through private vineyards, and along foot trails. Along the way, you’ll sip exquisite wines at 3 select wineries, explore a working wine cellar, tour and picnic in a vineyard, and test your skills in a blind tasting. The 5-hour hike starts and finishes @wordenhillfarm farm, crossing 4.5 miles of hilly terrain with a 500 ft elevation gain. For more info email guide and Dundee native Susan at susan@wordenhillfarm.com.
