The event celebrates the release of the 2024 Convivialist Pinot Noir, a wine made to bring people together—because great wine and great humor are meant to be shared.

The night’s entertainment features Adam Pasi, two-time winner of Portland’s Funniest Person and a regular headliner at Helium Comedy Club. With his signature wit and energy, Adam will keep the room buzzing as guests sip and savor the newest vintage.

Newveau Festival is a fresh take on a time-honored tradition. Inspired by France’s beloved Beaujolais Nouveau celebration, our one-day festival brings the joy and energy of harvest to the heart of Oregon wine country with a uniquely local twist. The event will include harvest photography, food and of course - the wine!

We’re partnering with local artisans to bring traditional celebratory foods to this festival, including melty cheese dishes and Coq Au Vin, highlighting the best the Willamette Valley has to offer.

We’ll be pouring a special wine flight that pairs 6 fresh-shucked oysters with our most holiday-friendly Woodshed wines, such as our 2015 Extended Tirage Brut Rosé, 2019 Old Vine Pinot, plus a sneak preview of 2023 Thirsty Boots Chardonnay (which won’t be released to our list until 2026). These tastings are $75 per person with seatings at 11 AM, 1 PM, and 3 PM, and can be booked here on Tock.

Downtown Carlton rolls out the red carpet for Ladies Night—an evening of specials, pop-ups, and fun at local shops, tasting rooms, and restaurants. Gather at Ambar Estate for a unique and festive holiday experience in collaboration with Rachel Escoe Glass. This intimate, hands-on workshop invites guests to create their own hand-blown glass ornament while enjoying the warmth and beauty of the season.

The experience begins with a guided tasting of estate-grown wines paired with a seasonal treat. Then, step outside to the glassblowing studio, where you’ll shape molten glass into a one-of-a-kind ornament under Rachel’s expert instruction.

Each session welcomes up to four guests and lasts about 90 minutes, with each ornament taking roughly 15 minutes to craft. Reservations start at 10:30 a.m. and are limited to ensure a relaxed, personalized experience.

Finished pieces will cool overnight and be ready for pickup or local delivery within seven days. Please note that the workshop takes place outdoors.
