Join us as we celebrate one full year of Ambar Estate and the arrival of the Summer Solstice. We’re thrilled to partner with Alanna Kieffer of Shifting Tides, a leader in marine science education and regenerative seaweed in culinary with Winter Waters and Oregon Seaweed. We are also partnering with Jacobsen Salt Co., known for their hand-harvested salt from the Oregon coast, the perfect accoutrement to our seafood inspired menu. Together, we’ll present a deeply intentional, multi-course wine-paired dinner that honors the richness of our local waters and our shared regenerative values.

Set against the serene backdrop of Ambar Estate’s vineyards, this intimate dinner will feature a seafood-forward menu crafted from entirely local ingredients.
