1. Eligibility

The Travel Dundee Wine Country Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Members of Travel Dundee, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members or those living in the same household are not eligible to enter. Void where prohibited by law. Winner must be located 50 miles outside of Dundee to win.

2. Entry Period

The Giveaway begins on May 23 at 12:00 AM PT and ends on June 15 at 11:59 PM PT (the “Entry Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.

3. How to Enter

To enter, visit https://www.traveldundeeoregon.com/giveaway and submit your email address through the entry form or directly through a Meta Lead Form. Sharing the giveaway to friends or family will increase the chances of someone from your party winning. Limit one (1) entry per email address entered. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.

4. Prize

One (1) winner will receive the following prize package (total retail value: $1,030):

  • Two (2) nights at The Dundee Hotel (July 26 and July 27, 2025)

  • One (1) $100 gift card to Wooden Heart Kitchen

  • Two (2) tickets to the Dundee Hills AVA 20th Anniversary Wine Event at Vinovate

  • Food and Wine Pairing Experience for two (2) at the Ambar Estate

Travel to and from Dundee, Oregon is not included. Prize is non-transferable and may not be substituted or redeemed for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any portion of the prize with a similar item of equal or greater value.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

The winner will be selected in a random drawing on or around June 15 from all eligible entries received. The selected winner will be notified via the email provided during entry. If a potential winner cannot be contacted within two (2) days, or is otherwise disqualified, an alternate winner may be selected. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

6. Publicity Release

By entering, you grant Travel Dundee the right to use your name, city, and state in promotional materials, social media, and announcements related to the Giveaway without further compensation or notice, except where prohibited by law.

7. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if any fraud, technical failure, or other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries or technical failures of any kind. Any attempt by an entrant to tamper with the entry process or undermine the legitimate operation of the Giveaway may result in disqualification.

8. Limitation of Liability

By entering, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Travel Dundee and its affiliates, partners, representatives, and agents from any liability, claims, or damages arising out of participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.
