Autumn at Durant Olive Mill means one thing: Freshly pressed oil and the return of our Olio Nuovo Festival. Every weekend in November, the Farm comes alive with the scents and flavors of the Italian countryside, inviting you to slow down, taste, and celebrate the season’s bounty.

Step into a world inspired by Italy’s harvest traditions. Gather with friends, sample the first release of this year’s oil, and savor food and wine crafted for the occasion.

Glass blown ornament workshop

Gather at Ambar Estate for a unique and festive holiday experience in collaboration with Rachel Escoe Glass. This intimate, hands-on workshop invites guests to create their own hand-blown glass ornament while enjoying the warmth and beauty of the season.

The experience begins with a guided tasting of estate-grown wines paired with a seasonal treat. Then, step outside to the glassblowing studio, where you’ll shape molten glass into a one-of-a-kind ornament under Rachel’s expert instruction.

Each session welcomes up to four guests and lasts about 90 minutes, with each ornament taking roughly 15 minutes to craft. Reservations start at 10:30 a.m. and are limited to ensure a relaxed, personalized experience.

Finished pieces will cool overnight and be ready for pickup or local delivery within seven days. Please note that the workshop takes place outdoors.
