Hyland invites you to an intimate Harvest Dinner featuring five courses created in collaboration with Chef Paul Stanislaw, each designed to illuminate the character of Hyland’s wines. Rare selections from our cellar library will be poured alongside seasonal dishes, each course crafted to both honor and heighten the wine in the glass.
The evening draws inspiration from the season itself. In the misted coastal hills, autumn reveals its treasures; dark clusters of Pinot and the fleeting delicacies of wild mushrooms, freshly foraged and woven into every dish. Together, the wines and flavors of the forest create an immersive journey into the soul of the Pacific Northwest.
