For the past ten years, Reagan Moore has found friendship, confidence, and community through her participation in the Special Olympics. You may find her competing in the pool, powerlifting, creating art, or cheering on her teammates. Reagan’s story is a reminder that some of life's greatest victories happen simply by showing up and giving your all.

  • What name do you like people to call you? Reagan

  • How old are you? 17

  • What sports do you participate in? Swimming, Bowling, Cornhole, Basketball, Powerlifting

  • How long have you been involved with Special Olympics? 10 years

  • What is your proudest accomplishment so far? Going to Fall State Special Olympics Games for swimming. Taking Gold in Powerlifting.

  • Who inspires you the most? My brother and sister

  • What is something people may not know about you?  I have more chromosomes than most people. I am an artist. 

  • What words would your friends or family use to describe you? Thoughtful, kind, determined, resilient, creative, and unassuming.
